My journey in Islamabad real estate developed through direct experience across the capital’s evolving property markets. It began with Bahria Enclave, where I learned how location, development progress and clear communication shape a buyer’s decision.

In 2020, my work expanded into Park View City Islamabad. Working closely with its residential and commercial market strengthened my understanding of files, plots, payment plans, resale activity and the importance of being available on the ground for clients.

From there, I gained wider exposure to Gulberg Islamabad and the different needs of families, builders and investors. Each project added practical insight, but it also made one lesson clear: clients benefit most when an advisor develops deep local knowledge instead of making broad claims about every market.

That understanding led to a stronger focus on Islamabad Zone IV. The growth around Margalla Enclave, Margalla Orchards and the Tramri Chowk corridor created a natural direction for my work. Today, Margalla Enclave stands at the centre of that focus, supported by experience in the surrounding Zone IV communities.

Yasir Developments grew from this progression. It brings together years of project-level learning with a simple purpose: to give people clear information, practical guidance and dependable support when they buy, sell or invest in Islamabad.

Real estate decisions involve hard-earned money and long-term plans. For that reason, our approach is to distinguish official information from market opinion, explain charges and uncertainties clearly, and encourage every client to complete the right verification before proceeding.
